Due to the nature of spiritual and holistic services, the following policy applies:

1. No Guarantee Disclaimer

All services are complementary and holistic in nature. Results vary from person to person. Refunds are not based on personal outcomes.

Refunds are not provided based on personal expectations, perceived results, or individual experiences, as outcomes vary for each person.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that services are provided as scheduled, and dissatisfaction with perceived results does not qualify for a refund.

2. No Refund Policy

All booked and completed sessions are non-refundable.

Once a session is booked and confirmed, no refund will be provided, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.

Fees for in-person sessions may differ from online sessions due to additional operational and facility costs and remain non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for partially completed sessions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session if you inform us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session may not be accepted.

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Session times are based on Indian Standard Time (IST), and clients are responsible for attending according to their local time conversion.

4. If We Cancel

If Spiritual Healing Studio cancels a session, you will be offered:

• Rescheduling OR
• Full refund

5. Late or Missed Sessions

If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be treated as completed and no refund will be provided.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session, and the session will still be considered completed.

In rare and genuine emergency situations, Spiritual Healing Studio reserves the right to reschedule a session. A suitable alternative time will be offered. 

6. Payment Disputes

By booking a service, you agree to this policy and confirm that you will not initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks. Any violation of this policy may result in permanent refusal of future services.

Spiritual Healing Studio reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

7. Minor Bookings

For clients under the age of 18, sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund request must be made by the same parent or legal guardian who originally booked the session.

The parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation and this policy.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By booking or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy applies to all bookings whether made through the website, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication method.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

10. Currency & Transaction Fees

All payments are processed in applicable currency. Any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

11. Force Majeure

Spiritual Healing Studio shall not be held responsible for cancellation, delay, or rescheduling due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failure, internet disruption, illness, emergency, or technical issues. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.
